About Cherie Silberman
After successfully defending companies in both federal and state court jury trials, I have seen firsthand how innocent mistakes due to a lack of training can create negative work experiences for employees and lead to costly and disruptive lawsuits. My wide range of experience, representing some of the largest global corporations to family-owned businesses and startups, has given me the ability to have an understanding and appreciation of the challenges and risks that exist in various workplaces. I am an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder, and I frequently conduct impartial workplace investigations, particularly for high-risk and sensitive allegations. I also provide harassment prevention and other employment law trainings in addition to 1:1 executive coaching with customized or advanced content.
