I use my 15+ years of experience to help multinational corporations, small and mid-size companies and startups successfully navigate the complex field of immigration and nationality law. I represent companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, tech, engineering, and architecture working with HR and global mobility professionals to help them meet their business objectives related to the seamless global movement of talent. Specifically, clients rely on my guidance on all aspects of U.S. business immigration and immigration compliance, including nonimmigrant visas, PERM, EB-1 multinational manager, extraordinary ability, and outstanding researcher petitions, and E-Verify and I-9 compliance. I also assist with EB-2 national interest waivers and family-based permanent residency applications. I combine my knowledge of the law and creative, critical thinking to turn complex issues around. I am passionate about what I do and the impact my professional work has on not just the foreign national employee, but their families as well. I have also channeled my lifelong commitment to immigration into pro bono efforts helping immigrant women and children communities obtain permanent residency and naturalization. I am admitted in New York, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. I practice exclusively Federal Immigration & Nationality Law.
