Charles E. Green is the managing partner at Friedman, Levy, Goldfarb & Green, P.C. Mr. Green has amassed a great deal of experience handling a wide array of personal injury cases including wrongful death, construction accidents, product liability, dental malpractice, premises liability, automobile accidents and municipal liability. His cases have also been featured in the New York Daily News and Journal News, and many of Mr. Green’s jury verdicts, including one in a dental malpractice case where his client was awarded $1,450,000, and another involving a ceiling collapse in an apartment where his client was awarded $872,500, were reported in the New York State Jury Verdict Reporter.
