About Charles Gernazian
Charles Gernazian is an employment mediator who offers mediation services in both the private and public sectors. Charles has successfully mediated employment disputes for private employers, insurance companies, the EEOC, federal agencies, and also has experience mediating School cases. Mr. Gernazian brings an objective legal perspective to his role as mediator based on his extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He received his plaintiff's employment training at Greene, Buckley, Jones & McQueen and has maintained a small plaintiff's practice throughout his career. Charles received his defense employment law training at Paul Hastings, which has been consistently recognized as one of the premier employment law practice groups in the country. Prior to establishing Gernazian Legal Services, LLC, he was a Partner at Balch & Bingham, and managed the firm's Employment Practice Group in the Atlanta office. Charles uniquely brings many years of seminary and pastoral training, as well as a variety of ministerial experiences to his role as mediator. Based on his ministerial background, he is able to identify with persons of all backgrounds and temperaments. He brings a genuine level of compassion and understanding to the plaintiff/employee while at the same time fully understanding the legal parameters and business realities that govern employment disputes. Charles is uniquely suited to mediate Pro Se cases and has consistently earned the trust of Pro Se plaintiffs.
