Charles Anderson

CHARLES L. ANDERSON is the founder and managing partner of The law firm Anderson, Williams, & Farrow, L.L.C., with offices in Montgomery, Alabama, and Jackson, Mississippi. A native of Montgomery and a graduate of Sidney Lanier High School, he was a recipient of the Jimmy Hitchcock Memorial Award as a high school Senior in 1978. Anderson earned his BA degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa honorary society and the Furman University Athletic Hall of Fame. He received his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 1985 where he attended on an NCAA Post-Graduate Scholarship. Upon graduation, Anderson served as a law clerk to the Honorable H. Randall Thomas, Presiding Judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Alabama. He was admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in Alabama in 1985. His practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation and mediation. He has been the principal provider attorney for Legal Shield in the state of Alabama since 1991. Anderson possesses the AV peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell. “Charlie” is a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. He has completed course work in mediation offered by the American Arbitration Association and The Program of Instruction for Lawyers at the Harvard Law School.
