my practice is focused on representing lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured debt transactions in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, retail and wholesale, financial services, technology, music and entertainment, real estate and hospitality. i have structured and negotiated a wide range of debt transactions including syndicated credit facilities to middle market companies, investment grade credit facilities, credit facilities for furniture, fixtures and equipment, single bank loan transactions, bridge loan transactions, and a variety of warehouse lines of credit. with respect to industry expertise, i have extensive experience with transactions involving the financing of hotel and casino projects. i also have extensive experience representing mortgage lending clients in connection with warehouse lines of credit.
