As a partner and co-leader of the Capital Markets and Public Companies and ESG & Sustainability advisory practices at Morgan Lewis, I have over 13 years of experience in advising public companies on various legal and business matters. I work with clients across different industries and sectors, helping them navigate complex disclosure and securities law compliance issues, executive compensation, ESG and corporate governance matters, and capital markets transactions. My mission is to provide business-minded and strategic legal counsel to my clients, leveraging my background as an attorney-advisor at the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance.
