My practice is grounded in employment litigation and counseling, as well as in-depth workplace investigations. I excel in navigating complex employment law issues from hire to termination, while providing tailored advice to public and private employers, as well as educational institutions. As a certified investigator approved by the Washington Schools Risk Management Pool, I also regularly conduct investigations in public schools across the state, assessing harassment, intimidation, and discrimination claims. And I regularly serve as an independent investigator in workplaces of all sizes. My litigation experience includes civil matters of all types, including, but not limited to constitutional challenges, contract disputes and employment discrimination charges. Having navigated these matters from pre-litigation to appeal, I am comfortable with every aspect of the litigation process.
