Cecil Porter

My career is focused on defense litigation before state courts, federal courts, and administrative agencies. My primary areas of practice are general liability, personal injury, construction liability, auto liability, and premises liability. I am directly responsible for all phases of litigation from beginning to end, including court appearances, pleadings, fact discovery, witness interviews, depositions, expert discovery, motions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement agreements, and trial resolution. I also serve as a firm mentor to associate attorneys. I am a member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, and by appointment of the Mayor of Flossmoor and the Village Board of Trustees, a former Commissioner on the Village of Flossmoor's Green Commission. Most recently I have been appointed as Village Clerk on the Village of Flossmoor's Board of Trustees.
