Cathleen Scott

Ms. Scott is a Board Certified Labor and Employment Lawyer as managing partner at Scott Law Team (formerly Scott Wagner and Associates, P.A.) and is also skilled in mediation as owner of ARC Mediation. Cathleen Scott was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and has been board-certified by the Florida Supreme Court in the areas of Labor and Employment Law since 2006. Ms. Scott is a certified mediator and co-owner of ARC Mediation. She regularly lectures on employment law topics as well as alternative dispute resolution. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section. She chairs the communications committee. She also a former chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. Scott serves as Vice President of the National Employment Lawyer's Association Florida Chapter (FL NELA). Ms. Scott is an accomplished litigator who practices in both state and federal courts. She is licensed in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She has handled appeals of employment matters in the Fourth District Court of Appeal as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Ms. Scott serves clients throughout the state of Florida and has two full-service offices in both Jupiter and West Palm Beach, Florida. Her hobbies include martial arts, skiing, and being with her family. Recently, Ms. Scott earned her black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
