Cathleen Bolek

Super Lawyers Magazine has listed Cathleen as one of the top 100 lawyers in Ohio and one of the top 50 lawyers in Cleveland. She has been listed in "Best Lawyers" every year since 2011, and has been given the highest rating by the Legal Directory, Martindale Hubbell, since 2005. Cathleen has been litigating on behalf of individuals and small businesses for more than thirty years. Her practice focuses on employment disputes, including sexual harassment, race discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and other forms of wrongful discharge, as well as contract disputes. She is a recognized leader in the legal community and a panel member of the American Arbitration Association. A past president of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, she has also served on the Boards of Trustees of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice, where she was chair of the Employment Law Section. She is the Chair of the Ethics Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and a former member of that organization's grievance committee. She is a founding member and Master of the Bench of the Cleveland Employment Inns of Court, a published author, and is frequently invited to speak at seminars in the fields of employment law and legal ethics. Cathleen has extensive trial experience and has argued more than a dozen appeals. Cathleen earned her BA, with honors, from Syracuse University and is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
