About Catherine Zeng
My practice focuses on complex cases, especially antitrust and unfair competition, class actions, product liability and commercial disputes. I have represented companies in many industries, including the technology, education, health care, consumer products, non-profit, and energy sectors. Some of my recent matters include defending a healthcare client against multiple suits alleging unfair competition claims, the successful dismissal of a suit against a large energy client, and representing two technology companies in an antitrust class action. I also spent a year in Jones Day’s Shanghai office, where I worked extensively on internal investigations, antitrust, international litigation and Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters.
