Catherine Masters

I concentrate on briefing complex issues at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. I practice in several areas, including: Insurance and Reinsurance Product liability Employment Civil rights Constitutional law Professional liability Other commercial matters My extensive appellate experience has included proceedings in state and federal courts nationwide, including the U.S. Supreme Court. I also have deep experience in complex trial proceedings, including class action defense, multidistrict litigation, post-trial proceedings, and dispositive motion practice. I enjoy a challenge -- something that would make my father (a member of the "greatest generation" who rose to the challenges of the Depression, hard sevice in WWII, and building his own carpentry business) proud.
