Casey Kepple

Casey C. Kepple grew up in Peoria, Illinois and now practices law in both Arizona and Illinois. Casey is the founder and Member of Kepple Law Group, L.L.C. and River City Title, L.L.C. Casey practices law primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, business, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and estate planning. Casey graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Upon graduation, he passed both the Arizona and Illinois bar exams and started Kepple Law Group, P.C., opening offices in Tempe, Arizona, and Peoria, Illinois, Casey then joined Shay Kepple Phillips Ltd. as a shareholder before opening River City Title, L.L.C. and Kepple Law Group, L.L.C, becoming sole member of both companies. Casey has been admitted to practice in the Arizona Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Casey is an active member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Peoria County Bar Association. He also provides pro bono legal services through the volunteer lawyer programs of Maricopa County and Peoria County. He is also active in the Peoria County Bar Association.
