I lead Employment Law, Investigations & Compliance at Turing, where I build the legal infrastructure that lets a fast-growing, globally distributed workforce scale without breaking. My team and I sit at the intersection of legal risk and business speed — designing contract models, compliance programs, and investigation processes that hold up under scrutiny and move at startup pace.Before Turing, I spent over a decade at Ogletree Deakins as a Shareholder and founding Chair of the firm's Cross-Border Practice Group, advising U.S.- and Europe-headquartered multinationals on employment law across 140+ countries — with a particular focus on workplace investigations, cross-border M&A employment diligence, and international executive compensation.
