I have practiced law in Indiana for 36 years, focusing on personal injury, police liability defense and the Fourth Amendment, commercial litigation, appellate work, and insurance coverage issues. I have successfully tried numerous cases to the jury in both federal and state court.I practice law in the State of Indiana; the U.S. Federal Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States.
