Carley Clark counsels clients on the full spectrum of issues involved with employee benefits programs. Carley provides guidance to clients on structuring, designing, drafting, and administering executive compensation plans, qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. Carley works with public company clients on compliance with disclosure requirements, including annual and periodic filings. Carley also advises clients on fiduciary responsibilities under Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Carley has also used her subject matter expertise in employee benefits in performing due diligence and assessing liability and risks for clients in corporate transactions.
