My law firm specializes in trial and litigation work. We handle civil, commercial and general litigation cases; with a strong emphasis in personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and general tort law. We also handle serious criminal cases. I have been a lawyer since 1989. I have handled in the criminal arena the most serious of criminal cases- from murders, kidnappings, armed-robberies, drug-related offenses down to D.U.I. and driving-related offenses. My initial criminal defense experience came from working for two of the State's largest and most prestigious Public Defender's Offices-- one of which is presumably one of the best in the country! In the civil arena, I have handled a numerous amount of personal injury cases- such as wrongful death actions; slip-and-falls/trip-and-falls; defective products/products liability; car accidents; dog bites; assaults and batteries; but to name a few examples. I have also handled a good number of other civil litigation cases- from breach of contract to fraud to defamation and invasion of privacy cases, but to name a few.
