About Carin Johnson
I litigate and fight CPS/CFS social workers, social services in court and defend wrongful removals of children from families. I have over 27 years experience and have tried 100's of cases all over the State of California. I teach Juvenile/Dependency Law each year at a local college. I have spoken on multiple subject areas that are involved in Dependency/CPS litigation. I have worked with the Top National and World Respected experts in the areas of "Alleged" Shaken Baby Syndrome, Abusive Head Trauma, Forensic Pathology, Allegations of Broken Bones, Burns, Bruises, Emergency Room Experts, Nurses, Child Abuse Experts and Psychologists, and Forensic Interviewing. I am a mother of three children. There is nothing more important to me than defending the rights of parents and preserving family ties.
