About Caitlin Hicks
Caitlin is an associate attorney at Capplis Connors & Carroll P.C. specializing in medical malpractice defense, Before joining the firm Caitlin Hicks was an associate attorney specializing in civil litigation at The Law Office of Howard M. Kahalas from 2012 through 2018. Caitlin worked as a paralegal and legal intern for the Law Office of Martin Rosenblatt where she gained experience in a variety of practice areas including civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, banking and lending, landlord–tenant and receivership law. Caitlin received her B.B.A. from the University of Miami, with a focus in Business Law in 2008, and she received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2011. While earning her degree, Caitlin interned with the Boston Victim Rights Law Center and was a summer judicial intern for the Honorable Dennis O'Brien of the Superior Court of New Jersey Civil Division. After law school, Caitlin completed a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates 2012 & 2016 Trial College at Harvard Law School.
