I assist clients in business matters, transactions, and disputes, including business entity formation and operations, construction industry matters, commercial real estate, and provide general business advice to small and medium sized businesses. I also provide legal services to individuals in various areas including personal injury and employment matters, estate planning and probate administration, trust and estate disputes, and a variety of other matters.Before operating my own practice, Trowbridge Law Office, I joined his father's practice in 2013 and worked with him until his retirement at the end of 2021. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I was a part time law clerk for Jeffery D. Trowbridge in 2010, 2011, and 2012.Brian was a judicial clerk at the First District Court of Appeal, Division One, San Francisco, California, for Justice Sandra Margulies. Brian interned at the AIDS Legal Referral Panel in San Francisco, a non-profit organization providing free and low cost legal services. Brian also interned and performed contract work for a well known personal injury and employment law firm in San Francisco.My experience includes being lead attorney in litigation matters including personal injury, construction, and business disputes; co-chairing an arbitration to final award; representing clients in mediation; appearing in California Superior Courts on motions, applications, and other appearances; contract review and drafting; corporate advice and entity formation; estate planning; trust administration; probate administration and disputes. In personal injury cases I have negotiated settlements for clients exceeding $300,000. I have also represented construction industry clients in disputes involving claims in excess of $1,000,000.
