I have a national practice handling class actions and complex commercial litigation. I represent companies as lead counsel across the United States in class actions involving consumer, antitrust and securities law. In addition, I handle disputes involving contracts, unfair competition and business torts. I have successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, and have recently won several arbitrations.
