On appeal, Mr. Weiner successfully proved the assets belonged to the bankruptcy trustee, not to the spouse who had been awarded them by the state court. 2. Mr. Weiner successfully represented a debtor in a case against Caesar’s Palace Casino, discharging his gambling debt and forcing the casino to pay fees for violating the automatic stay. 3. In re Fischer, Bruce Weiner successfully represented a Chapter 7 Trustee in a case involving multiple parcels of real estate and complex issues.
