Collaborative Practice Attorney – (2004 - present) Mr. Avery served as one of founding officers and Past President of Collaborative Dispute Resolution Professionals, Inc., (CDRP) the open practice group in Montgomery County, Maryland, in 2005. Mr. Avery is a founding member of the Collaborative Practice Training Institute and a founding member of the Tri-State Task Force working on Collaborative Practice issues common to DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He is also a founding member of the Maryland Collaborative Practice Council.
