About Brianna Davis
I have a passion for Family Law. My undergraduate studies in psychology were focused on anger, violence, and pathological disorders. Thus, my understanding of human behavior and legal work experience have taught me to turn emotionally packed cases into a passion for justice to those who need it most. My internships in law school helped me develop my ability to work in a high-paced, emotional environment with many sensitive subject matters while under a strict timeline. Along with these intrinsic skills, I have also gained training and experience in Domestic Violence, divorce, child-custody, restraining orders, and other Family Law matters for both self-representative litigants and retained clients. I excelled at discovery, case management, motions, and client/opposing counsel correspondence. In particular, my clerkships with Narcotics Enforcement and the Major Frauds Sections at the United States Attorneys’ Office helped me hone my talent in legal research and writing. My experience led me to the decision to open the Law Office of Brianna S. Davis to pursue my passion in Family Law.
