My primary focus is labor relations law—including collective bargaining, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, and labor litigation before the courts and private labor arbitrators. In addition to my primary focus in labor relations law, I also have substantial experience in employment litigation and ERISA litigation.
