Brian Radke

Brian is a highly skilled real estate attorney and civil litigator licensed to practice in Illinois state courts and the Northern District of Illinois Federal court. He brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as in real estate and civil litigation. His practice is focused on real estate closings and a wide range of civil litigation matters. Brian joined Miller Berger as a Partner in 2025 after more than 15 years of successfully operating his own firm, the Law Offices of Brian M. Radke, P.C. Earlier in his career, he served as a judicial law clerk in the criminal felony division of the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida, and later worked as an associate attorney at a respected family law firm in Chicago, Illinois before forming his own practice. Brian is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association (IRELA). Recognized for his legal excellence, Brian was named Top 40 Under 40 by the National Advocates in 2016 and was named to the Illinois Rising Stars list by Illinois Super Lawyers from 2017 through 2023. Since 2023, he has been consecutively selected for inclusion in the Illinois Super Lawyers list, a distinction awarded through a peer-review process and published by Thomson Reuters.
