I represent the interest of management in the areas of Labor & Employment Law as an attorney at McMahon Berger, P.C. My Employment Law practice includes common law wrongful discharge claims and employment discrimination claims filed under Title VII, the Missouri Human Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. I am involved in litigating employment discrimination and retaliation claims as well as investigating and responding on behalf of management to employee claims before administrative agencies.
