I am a criminal defense lawyer in L.A. My practice is primarily in the United States District Court and the 9th Cir Court of Appeals. I have represented parties in complex Federal Criminal Litigation including the areas of Bribery, Mail & Bank Fraud, Tax Fraud,Major RICO prosecutions of numerous entities, including the Mexican Mafia (La Eme), Mongols Motorcycle Club, and other complex alleged criminal enterprises. I also represent a large variety of individuals in the local County Courts of Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange & San Bernardino Counties.
