Brian Mckenna

Mr. McKenna devotes his practice to representing injury victims and claimants who are being denied the insurance benefits to which they are entitled. He joined Sinas, Dramis Larkin, Graves & Waldman, P.C. on December 31, 2018, and became a valued Partner. Mr. McKenna started his career as a law clerk at Sachs Waldman in 1993 and later that year became an associate attorney. In 2000, he became a shareholder at Sachs Waldman and has continued to build his career around representing the rights of those who have been injured in Michigan ever since. His dedication to his practice has brought him numerous accolades, including being named a Michigan Super Lawyer since 2008, a Michigan Leading Lawyer since 2016, and a Best Lawyer in the areas of Insurance Law and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation since 2013. Mr. McKenna has been a member of the Michigan Association for Justice since 1992, and since 1997, has served on its Executive Board. Additionally, he has been a member of the Michigan State Bar Negligence Law Section since 1993 and has served as one of its Council Members. He also has been a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America since 1992. Mr. McKenna is a graduate of Ferris State University (BS, 1989, High Distinction) and the Wayne State University Law School (J.D. 1993). Mr. McKenna is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Illinois and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
