I have expertise and 30+ years of experience advising employers and defending employers in wrongful termination, employment discrimination/harassment and wage and hour lawsuits in state and federal courts, and defense of claims before the California Labor Commissioner, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Contractors State License Board and other state and federal agencies. I also represent employers before the NLRB and in arbitrations conducted under the requirements of collective bargaining agreements. My construction law practice includes all aspects of mechanic’s lien, stop payment notice, payment bond, and construction claims actions, as well as bidding disputes, contract review, and prevailing wage issues on state and federal public works.
