I approach my work as a trusted advisor—bringing a consultant’s mindset to labor relations by designing and executing proactive strategies tailored to each client’s industry, workforce, and business realities.My perspective is shaped by more than two years of in‑house experience in the healthcare industry, where I developed and implemented comprehensive labor relations and positive employee relations strategies. That experience grounds my advice in operational reality and allows me to deliver solutions that are not only legally sound, but workable in practice.First and foremost, I am a management‑side labor lawyer. My passion and my core focus is counseling employers across the full spectrum of labor‑management relations, including NLRB and related federal court litigation, union election campaigns, labor relations assessments, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and contingency planning.In addition to my domestic practice, I advise multinational corporations—both U.S.‑based and international—on responding to union and nongovernmental organization initiatives, including coordinated global campaigns. This work includes developing global labor and management strategies, establishing and implementing corporate social responsibility and human rights policies, and advising on matters involving the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and the Organisation for Economic Co‑operation and Development (OECD).Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, live music, and cheering from the sidelines for my three kids.
