Moderator and lecturer at various CLE lectures at NJICLE, the Middlesex County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Judicial College. Presented multiple lectures on motion practice, discovery issues, civil and family law matters. Member of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers. Discovery Master & Hearing Officer in a variety of municipalities and towns for grievances and sanctions. Miller Lawyer Achievement Award by the Middlesex County Bar Association in 2016 as a retired judged. He had previously received the Lawyer Achievement award in 1993 as an attorney. Judge Ferencz is the only attorney to have been honored twice.
