About Bradley Boyer
I am a partner-level corporate and business litigation counsel with 25+ years of experience managing business-related disputes and litigation involving professional liability (architects and engineers), corporate management, employment, intellectual property, entertainment/media, and real estate. I am often called upon to handle complex and sensitive matters for executives, on-air personalities, athletes, musicians and other notable clients on various matters, including executive compensation, profit participation, distribution, unauthorized use of name and likeness, intellectual property, and real estate. I have drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various agreements for business relationship formation and/or dissolution, as well as negotiated major transactions and deals. Energized by delivering success to my clients, I act as a counsel, advisor, and strategist. I consider myself a corporate generalist who can seamlessly operate at the intersection of business and law to mitigate risk, manage crisis, and drive business goals. I was involved with the organization for approximately 17 years in multiple leadership capacities. I am passionate about giving back as one of my daughters has epilepsy. I leverage corporate governance, best practices management, legal analysis, and strategic planning to propel the organization and bring awareness to the fourth most common neurological disorder.
