Brad Fraser

I have represented a wide variety of clients, primarily in the defense of liability claims. I also devote a portion of my practice to family law. My initial efforts are to work to solve issues efficiently and economically; however I am comfortable taking my clients' issues to the various courts for resolution. I am licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, and also admitted in the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Middle Tennessee, and the U.S. District Court of Western Kentucky. I am a member of several legal organizations: - Knoxville Bar Association -Tennessee Bar Associations - Federal Bar Association - Defense Research Institute - Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association - Hamilton Burnette Inn of Court I currently serve on the Knoxville Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee, and work to help produce 1-2 CLE events per year for the KBA. I have a number of practice areas. While I appreciate the kind endorsements from clients and colleagues, pursuant Rule 7.4 of the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct I must disclose that I am not certified as a specialist in any particular field of law.
