Bobby Shukla

P. Bobby Shukla is the principal at Shukla Law, P.C.. She is an experienced trial lawyer who exclusively practices employment law on behalf of employees, specializing in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing and pay equity. Since 2022, Ms. Shukla was selected as one of the Top 100 Northern California Lawyers, as well as, one of Top 50 Women Lawyers in Northern California by Super Lawyers. Ms. Shukla had previously been selected as a Super Lawyer or Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2009. In 2020, she was a finalist for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association's Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. In 2024, she won the award. She is also a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Ms. Shukla currently serves as the President of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and is the former Editor of its publication, The Trial Lawyer. She is also a former Vice President of the Bay Area Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild and currently serves on the Board of the National Lawyers Guild Foundation. Ms. Shukla is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law where she was a founding member of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal. She is fluent in Hindi and proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. She began practicing law in 2003.
