My practice focuses on labor and employment matters, including short and long-term disability disputes, employee benefits law, labor litigation, worker’s compensation litigation, employment discrimination litigation, employment contract disputes, and severance negotiations. I have represented clients in cases before various state administrative agencies, Wisconsin Circuit Courts, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. I have presented on developing issues in Wisconsin’s worker’s compensation law and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
