In 2023 Bill became Chief Operations Officer of the Dallas Eviction Advocacy Center. Our services include providing pro bono legal advice and representation, housing assistance, rent relief. DEAC assists all Dallas County tenants regardless of income, race, immigration status, or native language. In 2024 He was named Chief Executive Officer. From 2012 until 2023, I was the Executive Director of Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, Organization, representing immigrant survivors of human rights violations. Prior to that he practiced trial law.
