Most of my time is spent counseling developers, contractors, owners, investors, utilities and other stakeholders in the acquisition, development and/or finance of renewable energy projects. The rest of my time is spent providing general corporate counsel to companies of all sizes across various industries. RENEWABLE ENERGY EXPERIENCE Over 11 GWs of experience, including the following: M&A Acquisitions - Representation of clients in the successful acquisition of 86 renewable projects pursuant to 29 different transactions for a total of 1,622 MWs. Sales - Representation of clients in the successful sale of 33 renewable projects pursuant to 16 different transactions for a total of 712 MWs. Diligence - Conducted diligence in prospective transactions for projects in the aggregate exceeding 3,100 MWs. PPAs Negotiations - Successful negotiation of more than 33 PPAs for renewable projects in excess of 2,072 MWs. RFPs - Counseled clients and helped prepare bid submissions for over 100 requests for proposals. EPC Agreements Represented owners and contractors in the successful negotiations of 23 EPC Agreements for renewable projects totaling 885 MWs. Supply Agreements Represented both buyers and sellers in the successful negotiations of various supply agreements that exceed 2,700 MWs in the aggregate.
