About Bill Armstrong
Bill Armstrong is the founder of Armstrong Law Firm, located in San Jose, California. His areas of expertise include Workers´ Compensation defense, employment counseling, Health and Safety compliance, and ERISA. His practice is also dedicated to defending claims of employment discrimination, with special emphasis on the management of employment-based, multi-forum litigation matters. During his career, Bill has assisted clients in high profile matters from California to Ireland. Throughout his career, Bill has been invited as a main speaker and lecturer by numerous associations and businesses, and has written extensively on matters involving workers´ compensation, toxic chemicals, and employment law.
