About Bianca Olivadoti
I am an attorney based in Morristown, New Jersey representing clients nation-wide. I am licensed in both New Jersey and New York. My practice focuses on employment litigation, with a particular emphasis on the management side. In my litigation practice, I represent both small and large clients on all areas of employment litigation. Sample cases involve: -adverse employment actions (with questions of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistle-blowing); -compliance with federal and state leave laws (e.g. the FMLA and the New Jersey Family Leave Act); and -wage and hour compliance (i.e. the FLSA and the New Jersey / New York wage and hour laws). I also regularly provide business counseling regarding policy development and personnel actions.
