Betsy Morgan

I am a founding member and head of the Global Immigration & Mobility Practice at Baker & McKenzie, the largest international law firm in the world. Our team helps global and multinational companies manage the immigration, tax, employment, data privacy, corporate compliance and other issues involved in moving employees to the US and globally. During my more than 30 years at the firm, I have held many management positions, including serving three years on the Chicago office's Management Committee and terms on the Firm’s Global Quality Management Committee, the Client Credit Appeals Committee, the Global Mobility Advisory Committee and other leadership roles. I serve on the Steering Committee of our North American Compensation & Employment Practice.
