About Bethany Lukitsch
I currently serve as co-leader of BakerHostetler's class action defense team. I defend global clients, including Fortune 100 companies and various product manufacturers, in a variety of class actions, multi-district litigation and complex civil litigation, including the defense of consumer class actions, antitrust matters, mass tort and product liability claims, privacy matters and commercial disputes. I am licensed in both Virginia and California and practice in various federal and state courts around the country. I have significant first chair and liaison counsel experience in multidistrict litigation and complex civil and class action litigation. I frequently prepare internal client witnesses for testimony, interact with expert witnesses and counsel clients regarding complex discovery proceedings, including international discovery and data privacy.
