Ben Whitley

I am the Managing Partner at Whitley Law Firm. With 20 years of dedicated experience in the field, I have successfully represented countless clients in complex personal injury cases. My passion for seeking justice and commitment to my clients has earned me my reputation as a trusted legal advocate. Throughout my career, I have secured numerous multimillion-dollar resolutions for my clients. My areas of expertise include auto accidents, workers’ compensation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims. I have served the discovery committee for the Granuflo product liability litigation and in various leadership positions within the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. In addition to my role as Managing Partner, I pride myself on actively contributing to the local community. In 2022, I initiated the “Community Cares” program within Whitley Law Firm to donate $2,000 per month to a local charity, in collaboration with WRAL TV, which continues to this date.
