I represent employers before courts, government agencies, and arbitrators, and provide day-to-day advice to companies about decisions that impact every aspect of the employer-employee relationship. I have extensive experience defending against individual and class claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under local, state, and federal fair employment practices laws (such as Title VII, the ADA, the Illinois Human Rights Act, and the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance); and representing employers with respect to state-law common law claims and claims asserting violations of the FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
