BEATRIZ TRILLOS BALLERINI over 20 years of experience in the immigration field. In 2005, she founded the Trillos Ballerini Law Firm PC located in Houston, Texas. Attorney Ballerini has extensive experience in employment-based immigration, namely visas for investors, multinational managers, professionals, and persons of extraordinary ability, athletes and artists. Her firm also handles a variety of employment based permanent residency applications including certifications, national interest waivers, extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher applications. Attorney Ballerini is a frequent speaker on immigration matters. She has presented for the International Bar Association Immigration Law Section, ABA International Section Immigration and Naturalization Committee and the International Ethics Committee, Federal Bar Association Immigration Law Section, State Bar of Texas and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Attorney Ballerini served as a member of AILA's Customs Border Protection National Committee (2016-2017) She is licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Texas, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas. Attorney Ballerini is a Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Federal Bar Association, State Bar Immigration and Nationality Law Section and a Charter Member.
