I have been an attorney since June of 1993. For the past twenty two years, I have represented, advised and counseled many businesses, large and small. I have a broad range of experience in a great many areas of business law, including business litigation, both national and international negotiations, employment litigation and negotiations, contract negotiations, review and preparation. In fact, my vast experience in litigation has given me far better insight about the problems that a poorly drafted contract can cause in case it has to be used in litigation. Additionally, I have been involved in the fields of estate planning and asset protection and debt reduction representation.
