About Bart Sullivan
Bart has long experience successfully defending corporate clients against medical products and pharmaceutical liability, mass tort, toxic tort, and other high-profile civil lawsuits. Through that background, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of a variety of industries, particularly those involving pharmaceuticals, medical products, environmental, and general business. He has served on numerous national and regional counsel trial teams. Bart's trial and litigation acumen has led to successful outcomes, by verdict, judgment, and successful negotiation, in hundreds of cases in Missouri, Illinois, and throughout the Midwest. Many of those cases have involved wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, or stemmed from high-stakes mass tort allegations, including: * pharmaceutical and medical products cases * environmental cleanup, property damage, and tort cases * class-action and multi-district litigation * defense of corporations in "bet the company" litigation Bart has served as chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Town and Country, Missouri; as a member of the Dean's Council of the Saint Louis University School of Law; is a second-degree black belt (nidan) in judo and is treasurer of Missouri Judo, Inc., the state-wide organization for the sport; and is a University of Kentucky Fellow and past president of the Greater St. Louis UK Alumni.
