Barry Jennings

Barry is a NCDRC certified mediator and North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law that has practiced for 20 years. Barry has experience representing employers, insurance companies and injured workers throughout all of North Carolina. Barry focuses his practice on mediation of North Carolina workers' compensation cases. Barry believes that mediation is the most powerful tool available to parties in North Carolina workers' compensation claims. Mediation provides the parties a level of control not otherwise available in the North Carolina workers' compensation system.
