About Barry Guterman
Barry L. Guterman represents individuals and businesses before federal and state tax agencies and in the federal courts in the determination and collection of their taxes. He advises and counsels clients on their income, estate, and gift tax planning, and tax-related transactional matters. Accountants, business managers, attorneys, and other professionals retain the firm to assist with their clients' civil tax litigation, business planning, estate planning, trust administration, and transactional matters.
